We’ve long been advocates for generating unique data and have published our own State of Video Marketing report for the last 8 consecutive years.
Generating interesting, original data:

NordPass’ effort is great. It uses beautiful animation and design to create a slick video, calling out many interesting snippets of info from their latest report, NordPass Research Insights 2021.
But there’s more to it than this: because many of the callout stats - as well as being genuinely interesting - also directly build the case for the viewer to use NordPass as part of their online security efforts.

Sure, it’s a different approach from a traditional explainer video or video ad (which they also have here). But results speak for themselves: it’s generated around half a million views and counting on YouTube, making it one of the most popular videos on their channel.
